FREEMAN: EPA awards $137.1M loan toward project
Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Andrew Wheeler made a trip to Waukesha Wednesday to announce a $137.1 million loan with an interest rate of 1.16% over a 38-year-term under the Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) towards the Lake Michigan water supply project in Waukesha.
